The workout
1FT workouts are a combination of HIIT, functional training & circuit training, designed to improve your strength, mobility, and endurance for everyday life. You'll complete 3 circuits, each with 4 stations targeting movements like strength, core stability, mobility, and power.
3 circuits, 4 stations per circuit
with 2 rounds per circuit to push your limits and boost endurance.
45 seconds per station
with a 15-second transition between each.
60 - 120 seconds rest periods
between rounds to stay focused and perform your best.
1FT will help you build real-world strength and enhance your performance in daily activities—moving better, feeling stronger. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, these workouts will help you reach your full potential.
